We are a family run business and are certified and fully trained to take the utmost care of your rugs and use the best techniques to get the very best cleaning results.
Keeping rugs clean is important to ensure they live a longer and healthier life. Wool rugs in particular are very good at hiding dirt and other airbourne matter, if left for long periods of time without cleaning the fibres will be damaged leading to a permanent dull appearence.
Unless you're 100% happy with your rug clean we will re-clean them free of charge!
